Responsibilities Spread and share the Lean mindset throughout the organization; Engaging Site Leaders in OMS by training them and supporting the Site Management Team to establish and maintain an Organization that Delivers; Manage and support process improvement projects; Implement and monitor KPIs; Promote and convey continuous improvement tools; Managing continuous improvement opportunities, addressing necessary actions; Supporting the implementation and maintenance of Performance Management; The Ideal Candidate Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Economics or Master in Supply Chain; At least 2 years of experience in continuous improvement's team in Manufacturing/Supply Chain xrdztoy Industry. Good knowledge of the main diagnostic tools, data analysis and performance measurement; Good knowledge of the English; Ability to analyze processes and solve problems; Excellent knowledge of Excel, Power BI; Proactive personality, able to work in a team with good communication skills and a strong propensity for improvement #J-18808-Ljbffr
