Experteer Overview In this role you provide business-focused legal guidance to Allianz Technology S.p.A. and its management, safeguarding the company's legal interests in IT and commercial matters. You will collaborate across jurisdictions, support governance, and steer external counsel to manage regulatory risk. Your work enables digital transformation and compliant operation in a complex, international environment. You'll influence contracts, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional initiatives with a practical, trusted-advisor approach.Retribuzione / Benefits
- Provide business-oriented legal advice to management and staff
- Monitor and address legal issues within the company/branch
- Draft and negotiate IT contracts (software licenses, SaaS, outsourcing, tech partnerships) and commercial service agreements (third parties and intragroup)
- Support and ensure compliance with regulatory legislation (NIS2, Dora, AI Act)
- Implement internal governance policies and mitigate legal risk
- Collaborate with the global Allianz Technology Legal community to enhance practices




- Participate in cross-functional teams and conduct trainings
- Track legislative processes domestically and internationally and advise implementation at Allianz Technology Spa
- Oversee and manage external legal counsel where applicable

Responsabilità
- 2+ years' experience in-house or at an international law firm focusing on IT, commercial, and/or contract law
- Master Degree in Italian law
- excellent fluency in Italian and English
- good understanding of business environment and international exposure
- ability xrdztoy to work in a team and communicate clearly
- entrepreneurial spirit and well-organized
- strong negotiation skills with analytical approach
- ability to work independently and act as a trusted advisor to local management
- keen attention to detail

Requisiti fondamentali
- Starting annual compensation from 76,000
- hybrid work model with remote work options including up to 25 days
