Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead PMO operations for the Transcend global transformation, unifying seven ERP systems into a single S/4 HANA platform to support Innovative Medicine. You'll partner with Global Program Managers and cross-functional leaders to ensure disciplined planning, governance, and risk management at scale. You will drive data-driven reporting, proactive issue resolution, and continuous improvement to deliver reliable, compliant program execution. - Lead end-to-end PMO operations across program phases to enable governance and informed decision-making
- Drive integrated planning, RAID management, and change control to support proactive delivery
- Oversee schedule management with data-driven tracking against the program plan
- Manage scope governance, evaluating and aligning changes with objectives and stakeholder expectations
- Deliver transparent status reporting across governance levels for actionable insights

- Champion predictive delivery to identify risks and opportunities early
- Ensure alignment with compliance and quality standards, embedding risk management
- Lead deliverables tracking and governance to maintain program integrity and delivery confidence
- Coordinate PMO resources including Deployment Leads and offshore teams to ensure consistent outcomes
- Foster cross-functional collaboration, escalation handling, and issue resolution with leadership
- Drive continuous improvement using data and insights to enhance PMO processes and tools
- Ensure documentation of decisions, actions, and follow-ups to drive accountability
