As an EMEA Telco Solutions Project Manager, you will lead end-to-end assurance, provisioning and orchestration projects for HPE telecom customers across the region. You will manage scope, schedule, cost and quality, coordinating client relationships and cross-functional teams. You'll work within a global PMO framework to deliver on SOWs and ensure successful deployments. This role offers impact in shaping telecom solutions and collaborating with senior stakeholders. Unconditional inclusion and flexible work culture Lead medium to large projects (>20 team members) with scope, schedule, and cost ownership Manage client and partner relationships, including external stakeholders Oversee risks, issues, requirements traceability, and governance artifacts (charter, plan, reports) Coordinate cross-functional workshops and ensure blockers are removed for progress Ensure test phases, change and release management,



and transition to support are executed per plan Maintain financials, budgets, and forecasts; manage P&L; and business development opportunities Escalate impediments and secure senior management buy-in to resolve critical issues Support vendor engagement, SOWs, and procurement processes as part of delivery Align projects with PMO standards, policies, and global methodologies Contribute to project management artifacts and continuous process improvements Bachelor in IT, Engineering, or related discipline 7+ years in IT solution xrdztoy delivery as a PM in Telco 3–5 full life cycle IT implementations in Telco as PM PMP certification Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and conflict resolution skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Experience in waterfall, agile, lean methodologies Fluency in English and Italian Experience with test methodologies and test management tools is a plus Vendor engagement
