Your role
The Wearables Market Development Intern will support all activities related to developing and implementing market development strategies for Wearables in APAC, using a 4P’s marketing approach, coordinating with corporate stakeholders, external partners, and agencies, and translating market and sales data into clear recommendations.
Main responsibilities
- Implement market development strategies in APAC alongside the GTM manager.
- Manage the weekly cadence of communication and project management of all market development activities.
- Provide guidance and support for sales teams in the market.
- Forecast and analyze sales trends of wearables, build and maintain forecasts, business cases, and performance dashboards.
- Generate detailed analytics for corporate partners, synthesizing complex datasets into executive-ready insights.




- Follow up daily with partners and agencies on projects.
- Support planning, readiness, and tracking of new‑market launches and partner‑funded acceleration programs (milestones, KPIs, investment follow‑up).
- Monitor category and competitive dynamics, proactively flagging risks and opportunities.
- Contribute to team discussions, sharing account insights and solutions to improve internal and external experiences.
- Provide accurate reporting of retail results, trends, and competitive information.
- Attend markets, corporate training events, and partner meetings as needed.
- Act as a key resource to the GTM Strategy team – Wearables and the management of the Luxottica Group on any Market Development related issues.

Main requirements
- Master’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; emphasis in project management or channel marketing a plus.
- Brief marketing or project management experie
