Experteer OverviewAs a Principal Solution Consultant, you will shape and deliver complex derivatives and collateral solutions for investment operations in a global, transformation-driven setting. This role combines deep domain expertise with strategic influence to drive client outcomes and long-term solution quality.ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end solution design and delivery for complex derivatives and collateral solutions (OTC and listed)Translate complex functional requirements into scalable designsContribute to strategy discussions with operational insightSupport escalations and resolve high-complexity issues with multiple stakeholdersEnsure designs align with frameworks and maintainability goalsIdentify gaps in standards and drive continuous improvementMentor Senior and Lead Solution Consultants to raise team capabilityChampion new ways of working as part of the transformationHands‐on derivatives and collateral experience in asset management, asset servicing, or a fintech environmentDeep functional expertise in derivatives operations (OTC/listed) and collateral managementProven track record delivering end‐to‐end solution designs or implementationsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsFamiliarity xrdztoy with platforms such as TriOptima, MarkitWire, Acadia, FXAll, CassiniCommitment to standardization and long‐term solution qualityExperience with SimCorp DimensionKnowledge of Agile or PMP project management methodologies and direct project management experienceTransformation mindset and openness to change and continuous improvementRequirementsCompetitive salary a
