M&E; Manager (Data Center and Industrial Projects) We are looking for an ambitious M&E; Manager to join a leading international design-and-build contractor delivering large-scale, technically complex projects across data centres, logistics hubs, and industrial facilities. Based in Milan, you will oversee electrical and HVAC systems from design through to commissioning, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Provide technical and financial expertise on M&E; (Electrical & HVAC) packages from design through to construction. Support bidding and proposal phases, preparing optimized technical solutions and pricing models. Manage subcontractors, design offices,



and external partners to ensure quality and compliance. Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of all M&E; systems. Monitor budgets, risks, and margins while ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality requirements. Requirements Degree in Engineering (any discipline). 2–3 years of experience in Electrical or HVAC engineering, design offices, or site inspection roles. Fluent in English and Italian.
