We are currently looking for an HSE Manager to join our Garessio plant, playing a key role in strengthening our HSE performance and culture.
Your main responsibilities:
- Oversee HSE compliance for contractors during construction and startup phases
- Manage and implement integrated HSE procedures, ensuring safe operations
- Supervise environmental processes (wastewater treatment, emissions, waste management)
- Support permits and environmental impact assessments
- Drive HSE training programs and ensure regulatory compliance (Legislative Decree 81/08)
- Partner with site leadership to foster a strong safety culture and continuous improvement
- Support stakeholder engagement with local authorities and communities
Your profile:
- At least 5 years' experience in an HSE Manager role and RSPP qualification
- Background in chemical, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing environments
- Degree in Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related technical field
- Knowledge of Seveso regulation (D.Lgs. 105/15) and emergency management
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Solid business acumen and ability to operate across functions

In line with our commitment to pay transparency, the salary range for this position is €55,000–€65,000 gross annual (RAL), depending on experience and qualifications.
