OverviewAs Asset Manager, you will lead development strategy execution and financial planning for assets in the North Italy portfolio. The role blends strategic asset shaping with hands‐on financial analysis and stakeholder collaboration to create long-term value.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and implement real estate development strategiesPrepare and finalize business plans, cash flow, and scenario analyses for assetsCoordinate Project Management, Property Management,



and Agency activitiesCoordinate rental activities for vacancies and renegotiations with internal teams and external brokersProduce regular asset portfolio performance reportsMonitor assigned performance targetsSupport Accounting with cost/revenue accounting and budget xrdztoy deviation analysisQualificationsBachelor in Engineering, Architecture or EconomicsMaster's degree in Real Estate is a plus2-3 years of experience in related rolesExcellent knowledge of EnglishExcellent use of Excel and PowerPointTeamwork and high adaptabilityAbility to solve problems #J-18808-Ljbffr
