Opportunity As Allegro's Sales Leader for Europe - Industrial Segment, you will be a transformative leader with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building high‐performing sales organizations within the semiconductor industry serving industrial markets in the Region. You will lead a team of sales professionals, overseeing all aspects of our industrial sales strategy, and new business development efforts. Reporting directly to VP WW Sales – Industrial segment,



you will be a key member of the Sales leadership team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Allegro. You will be responsible for driving profitable growth, expanding market share, and building a high‐performance sales culture focused on customer success, accountability, and strategic execution. You will shape and execute a winning strategy to deliver against ambitious revenue goals and long‐term business objectives in the Region. You'll bring vision, structure, and inspiration to a talented sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
