The Associate Project Manager supports project execution and assists in coordination of tasks to ensure successful delivery, working under the guidance of a Project Manager, managing resources, monitoring timelines, and maintaining effective communication among team members and clients.
Key Accountabilities
- Assist in creation and maintenance of project plans, defining tasks, timelines, milestones.
- Update project trackers and reports regularly for stakeholders.
- Act as a supporting point of contact for the client, providing updates, addressing queries, escalating issues.
- Participate in client meetings, taking notes, following up action items.
- Prepare and organize documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility;
track document versions.




- Coordinate meetings, arrange logistics, distribute agendas and minutes.
- Track milestones and send reminders to ensure timely completion.
- Support budget tracking: collect expense reports, identify variances.
- Monitor project risks, log them, and report findings.
- Assist in quality checks on deliverables;
document and report issues, provide feedback.

Education Master’s Degree in Economics.
Qualifications
- 0–3+ years of experience in an economic role within a project setting, ideally with cross‑functional teamwork.
- Professional project management certifications desirable (PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, etc.).
- Agile certification (e.G., Certified ScrumMaster) also beneficial.
- Basic understanding of project management principles, scheduling, budgeting, risk management.
- Basic knowledge of Agile or Lean methodologies desirable.
