In this role you lead PMO operations for the Transcend global transformation, consolidating seven ERP systems into a single S/4 HANA-based platform to enable agile growth in Innovative Medicine. You will partner with PMO leadership and cross‐functional teams to ensure governance, planning, risk management, and transparent reporting. You'll drive proactive issue resolution and continuous improvement across geographically distributed resources. This is an opportunity to shape scalable ways of working while aligning with J&J;'s mission to advance patient outcomes. You will work in a fast‐paced, matrixed environment and have a meaningful impact on program delivery and compliance.
