About the Job Finance Director to lead the finance function for a Semiconductor Business Unit, reporting to the VP Finance, Semiconductor BU and with a dotted line to the Business Unit General Manager. This role is a key member of the leadership team and will partner closely with business leaders to enhance profitability, enable growth, and strengthen financial processes and systems globally.
Strategic Finance Leadership Act as a key member of the Business Unit leadership team
Develop short- and long-term financial strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Provide financial insights to drive decisions across:
Product, customer,



and channel profitability
Manufacturing and supply chain cost optimization
R&D; efficiency and investment prioritization
Working capital and return on capital
Market and competitive dynamics
Lead the evolution of the finance function, including:
Organizational structure and operating model
Standardized global reporting and controls
ERP evaluation and transformation strategy
Process harmonization and cost efficiencies
Support M&A; activities, including due diligence, ROI analysis, and integration
Financial Planning, Analysis & Insights Deliver best-in-class financial analysis and business performance insights
Lead monthly and quarterly global reporting, including:
Income statement, balance sheet, capital expenditure, and working capital
Analyze results vs. targets, identifying key drivers and actionable recommendations
Develop executive dashboards, KPIs, and financial benchmarking repor
