Our mission is to transform bold scientific ideas into advances that improve human health.Your missionLead and optimize laboratory operations, ensuring instrument performance, advanced troubleshooting, workflow efficiency, and compliance with SOPs.Develop, implement, and execute high‐content cell‐based assays and technical services, delivering high‐quality experimental outcomes.Provide expert scientific consultancy to internal and external users, supporting experimental design, complex setups, and data reporting.Manage digital platforms (ELN, LIMS), resource allocation, procurement processes,



and supplier/service engineer coordination.Drive innovation and knowledge sharing through technology upgrades, external collaborations, and training/mentorship activities.Grow Your SkillsYou will enhance your scientific and professional skills by:Working with cutting‐edge automated imaging systemsInteracting with scientists in an international research institutionImpacting science at the national level, bridging biology and data scienceContributing to stimulating research projectsEssentialWhat you'll bringMaster's degree in biology, engineering or related field.Minimum of 6 years (Ph.D. included) in a technical or research role, with strong problem‐solving skills and ability to work independently.Experience in cell culture and cell biology related techniques.Knowledge of automated liquid handling platforms (e.G. TECAN Fluent, BIOMEK i5/i7 or similar) and High Content Imaging platforms (e.G. REVVITY Opera/Operetta, YOKOGAWA CV7000/CQ3000, Image Express MOLECULAR
