To lead all tender submissions and manage full estimating activities for major electrical and mechanical projects, ensuring all bids are commercially competitive, technically compliant, and strategically aligned with company goals. The key duties and responsibilities of the role are as follows Lead and oversee the preparation and submission of tenders for major projects. Attend management meetings to provide updates on departmental progress and discuss ongoing tender-related matters. Manage and guide the tender team in the preparation of technical submissions for pre-qualification and tender documentation. Review tender documents thoroughly and prepare summaries highlighting critical information and requirements. Prepare all necessary tender documentation, including method statements and supporting submissions. Compile, submit, and respond to tender queries in a timely and professional manner.



Prepare tender programmes and monitor the overall progress of tender submissions. Coordinate with tender teams, consultants, government entities, and relevant authorities to obtain the information required for successful tender submissions. Organise and coordinate meetings during the tender stage, including the preparation and distribution of meeting minutes. Prepare and deliver tender presentations to clients and stakeholders. Monitor the market for upcoming tender opportunities and gather relevant industry information. Organise meetings with prospective suppliers and subcontractors and obtain quotations for tendering purposes.
