Experteer Overview In this role, you will drive the digital backend implementation for complex ICs, turning RTL into optimized silicon-ready flows. You will work closely with digital designers to refine timing constraints and ensure robust signoff as part of a cross‐functional backend team. You will diagnose and debug designs across pre- and post‐silicon stages, contributing to high-performance, reliable sensor‐oriented products. This position offers the chance to shape cutting‐edge sensor technology and partner with global leaders to advance intelligent devices. Execute RTL2GDS flow steps including synthesis, floorplanning, Place&Route;, and EMIR analysis




Refine SDC timing constraints with digital designers for synthesis and place & route
Run Static Timing Analysis (STA) and signoff checks
Debug designs at pre- and post‐silicon stages
Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to deliver optimized backend solutions
Responsabilità Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics or similar
Strong proficiency in digital backend design tools and flows (Cadence flow)
Solid understanding of Signoff Checks (timing closure, signal integrity, EMIR, physical verification)
Ability to work independently and in team environments
Excellent problem‐solving and communication skills
Fluency in English mandatory; Italian beneficial
