Job Description This position exists up to the completion of the development phase including Project close‐out. The project management and central controls teams are based in Paris and the package teams are primarily based in engineering and site locations in Paris, Milan and Mozambique (Maputo & Afungi). The role is based in Milan.
As part of the Mozambique LNG Project team, the Upstream Engineering Data Manager will serve as a primary interface between the PROJECT Upstream Project team and the EPCI/CPI Contractors and their subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, etc. regarding engineering data development handover.
Guarantees production of a set of consistent project data enabling implementation of the company's Quantum (Asset Digitization) strategy. Ensures protection and maintainability of the Project engineering data delivered during Project execution phases all the way through handover to Operations.
Main Responsibilities Be a direct report to the Onshore Package Controls Manager with an indirect reporting line to the Operations Maintenance Manager and to the Project Information and Document Controls Manager.
Ensure that the information and engineering data created during the project phases is structured per company requirements to allow maximum use by company during project and post‐project phases.
Focus on the quality and completeness of engineering data coach and provide guidance to the Onshore LNG Engineering Data Coordinator and other Operations team members using or contributing to Quantum implementation.
Engineering Data Management Responsibilities Ensures data availability, completeness, integrity/consistency and reliability of the assigned asset database throughout the project phases.
