Experteer Overview In this role you will develop high‐voltage mechatronic components for automotive applications and lead the process from concept to production. You will work in the Electric Drive / E‐drive system team to ensure standards, durability, and performance. You'll tackle HV component design challenges (bus bars, e‐motor resolver, cooling, insulation) and collaborate with suppliers to release components. This is an opportunity to shape HV systems within a dynamic, international environment.

Manage design to production lifecycle, including 3D/2D design, supplier interaction, and release processes
Ensure compliance with automotive HV standards for requirements, endurance, and durability




Design and define HV mechanical components (bus bars, e‐motor resolver, cooling, battery spacers, insulation)
Responsabilità Master in Mechanics/Mechatronics/Automotive Engineering
3–5 years in a similar role
Experience in HV system component design and development
Fluent English
Requisiti fondamentali Salary starting from 43,300 EUR gross
