Our client is seeking reliable and hardworking Operators / Labourers to join road construction and maintenance crews working on projects throughout the Maranoa Region. The primary focus will be operating rollers, with training available for the right applicants who demonstrate a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities Operating rollers and other civil construction equipment
Assisting with road construction, maintenance, and rehabilitation works
Performing general labouring duties as required
Working as part of an experienced road crew
Following workplace health and safety procedures and site requirements
About You Previous experience in civil construction, roadworks, or labouring is highly regarded
Roller operating experience is desirable, however training will be provided for suitable candidates
Ability to work safely in a team setting




Robust work ethic and positive attitude
Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
Hold relevant plant tickets (highly regarded)
Hold a current driver's licence
Hold a current valid White Card
Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical, police check, and drug & alcohol screening if need be
