Medical Advisor

Philogen S.p.A., a biotech company listed on the Milan Stock Exchange and a leader in the development of innovative anti-tumor therapies, is looking for a highly motivated and qualified Medical Advisor .
The position will preferably be based in our Milan office , although Siena may also be considered.
We are looking for a physician, preferably specialized in Oncology, Radiology or Nuclear Medicine , who will support the management and development of Philogen's clinical trials in oncology and rheumatology, reporting to the Chief Medical Officer.
In particular the successful candidate will be responsible for:
Contributing to the design, execution and analysis of clinical trials:
providing expert guidance and support in designing and writing clinical trials
providing support in monitoring efficacy and safety trends by reviewing clinical data and feeding up the analysis data set
providing support in reviewing regulatory and pharmacovigilance documentations
interacting with Principals Investigators and clinical site staff to advance the performance of clinical trials
contributing to the dissemination of scientific knowledge through publications and conferences
Working closely with the cross-functional team (Project Managers, Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory Affairs and Clinical Operation)
Acting as a role model for the internal and external stakeholders in leading clinical trials and supporting the Company's strategy
Interacting with regulatory authorities to support the Company's development programs
The ideal candidate should have:
A medical degree and a specialization in either Oncology, Radiology, or Nuclear Medicine.
An excellent level of English, both written and spoken
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to build trust and confidence in teams/departments
Ability to work independently
We offer:
A dynamic and stimulating working environment, the opportunity to work on a wide range of activities, and an annual salary between €60,000 and €85,000, depending on the candidate
