- RSPP /h3 pOur Client is a prestigious multinational company operating in the industrial and metalworking sector.
To strengthen its EHS Department staff, they have tasked us with selecting the HSE Manager
- RSPP.
The resource will report directly to the Plant Manager and the HSE Manager Europe and will be responsible for coordinating and supporting activities related to Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) at the plant.
Acts as the Environmental Management System Manager (RSGA) and holds the position of Health and Safety Prevention and Protection Service Manager (RSPP) as per Legislative Decree 81/08.
/p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDrafting/updating the Risk Assessment Document (DVR), verifying and updating appointments, designations and assignments.
/li liInvestigating workplace accidents and diagnosing causes.
Assisting in the reporting process for workplace injuries.
/li liDeveloping workplace accident statistics.
Ensuring compliance with national and local legislative updates (Industrial Union, Databases, etc.).
/li liVerifying updates to the Health Protocol by the Competent Doctor (MC).
Supporting the scheduling of annual medical check‐ups.
/li liUpdating health suitability judgments of employees (including a summary table of suitability).
/li liReviewing the Health Report prepared by the Competent Doctor.
Conducting workplace inspections with the Competent Doctor and drafting related reports.
Ensuring proper management of first aid kits.
/li liSelecting and verifying the suitability of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and ensuring compliance by workers.
/li liVerifying and updating the system for PPE distribution and maintenance.
Reviewing and updating safety documentation provided by external companies (technical/professional suitability) and preparing the Interference Risk Assessment Document (DUVRI).
