Experteer Overview As a key member of IQVIA’s contracting team, you will shape global contracting strategies for sponsors and multi‑protocol studies. You will support start‑up contracting activities, including investigator grants, budget templates, and contract language, ensuring alignment with sponsor requirements and regulatory standards. You will coordinate with sponsors, RSU regions, and study teams to deliver contracts on time and within financial goals, while maintaining quality and compliance. This role offers a mission‑critical impact on study initiation and business development, leveraging global experience to drive efficient collaborations and continued client partnerships. Retribuzione / Benefits Develop and coordinate investigator grants and budget estimates to support proposals Create and refine contract, payment language and budget templates Manage contracting systems, tools, processes, and training materials per Scope of Work Collaborate with sponsors, stakeholders, and RSU regions to deliver project scope compliantly Provide specialist legal,



operational and financial contracting support for site agreements Assist with creating/reviewing core scientific, technical and administrative documents Gather and disseminate contracting intelligence to support studies and the company Ensure contracting efficiency and adherence to timelines and financial goals Report contracting performance metrics and out‑of‑scope activities Work with Quality Management to uphold contract management standards Mentor colleagues and deliver training materials as required Deliver client presentations as needed Maintain CTMS and other internal systems for timelines and project plans Develop long‑standing relationships with preferred IQVIA clients/customers Responsabilità Bachelor's degree in related field 5+ years of sponsor or CRO clinical site contracting experience with global or regional exposure Strong negotiating and communication skills Strong legal, financial and/or techni
