Your Responsibilities
Monitor and track ongoing funded projects, ensuring compliance with funding requirements
Prepare periodic reports for funding agencies, summarizing project progress and financials
Coordinate documentation and maintain accurate filing systems for funding-related activities
Research and summarize relevant funding opportunities
Assist in preparing new funding applications and supporting documentation
Your Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Economics, Public Administration or Law
Previous years of professional experience in a similar role
Good understanding of public funding mechanisms
Familiarity with legal and regulatory frameworks is an advantage
Strong ability to interpret and manage documents and data accurately
Attention to detail, strong time‐management abilities and a team‐oriented mindset
Excellent knowledge of Italian and English, German as an advantage
