In this role, you will collaborate closely with clinical stakeholders, building strong and lasting relationships based on expertise and trust. Your ability to guide and support clinicians will play a key role in enhancing therapy adoption and driving successful patient outcomes through partnership projects.The Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) Operating Unit develops life‐restoring technologies for treating cardiac arrhythmias. We offer advanced cardiac mapping and ablation solutions designed to help clinicians diagnose and treat abnormal heart rhythms with precision.
Our vision is to improve patient care worldwide by driving innovation in the diagnosis and ablation of cardiac arrhythmias, enabling clinicians to achieve superior procedural outcomes.ResponsibilitiesPlan and implement support activities in coordination with customers, providing clinical and technical expertise through case support, product demonstrations, installations, and maintenance of company products.Serve as the CAS map/navigation expert, training new mappers and acting as an ambassador for clinical and technical data at congresses and customer meetings.Develop a strong clinical knowledge base to engage in meaningful scientific discussions and identify opportunities.Provide technical data and support to sales teams for product demonstrations.Conduct on‐site education and consulting, fostering strong relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations.Maintain accurate documentation of activities in CRM tools (e.G., SFDC Lightni
