Role: Project Coordinator Location: Milan About the role: You'll be a central coordinator in a high-output in-house studio, managing the flow of content production projects from brief to delivery. The work spans video and post-production, web content (static and dynamic), e Commerce assets, print, and point-of-sale materials — often across multiple projects at once.



This is a client-facing position that requires someone organised, calm under pressure, and genuinely engaged in the craft of content production. You'll act as the connective tissue between client and creative team — translating requirements clearly, tracking progress, and ensuring every deliverable lands on time and to the right standard What you will be doing: Partner with the client to understand content requirements across stills, video, animation, and digital formats, and brief the creative team with clarity and precision. Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, managing timelines and keeping all stakeholders informed of progress, changes, and potential risks. Review content at every production stage to confirm accuracy, brief alignment, and adherence to brand guidelines before delivery.
