You will shape product strategy, drive innovation, and manage lifecycle while guiding a team of product managers and collaborating with Sales, HQ, and key stakeholders. Expect to monitor performance with KPIs, push portfolio initiatives, and build strong partnerships to strengthen Siemens' market position in manufacturing. Manage portfolio performance with KPIs and business monitoring
Collaborate with Sales, HQ, and stakeholders to support growth and customer success
Lead and develop a team of product managers (PLC, HMI, IPC, SCADA)
Monitor market trends and tech evolution to maintain competitive positioning
Promote portfolio innovations through events and go‐to‐market initiatives
Build business cases,
support strategic decisions, and manage partnerships and negotiations
Represent Siemens to strategic customers, analysts, and external stakeholders
Responsabilità Proven experience in PLC, HMI, IPC or SCADA technologies or in Product Management
Strong leadership experience with people management capabilities
Degree in Automation, Electronics, IT/Software Engineering or equivalent technical background
Strong analytical, strategic, and business acumen
Fluent Italian and English communication skills
