- Piemonte e Nord-Ovest (m/f/d) /b /ppThe Pharmaceutical Division of Bayer S.p.A., for the Radiology Service function within the Radiology Business Unit, is looking for a bright and passionate candidate for the position of Field Service representative.




The purpose of this position is to provide daily service support to customers (both public and private hospitals) during the pre-sales and post-sales phases.
/ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliPerform daily service repairs and maintenance needs for medical device equipment (Contrast Media injectors in Magnetic Resonance, Computerized Tomography, PET, Central Venous, Angiography) to achieve customer satisfaction through excellent service performance /liliAccurately complete all administrative tasks within established timelines /liliManage inventory and properly maintain assigned work tools /liliWork as part of the local team to provide efficient and cost effective services /liliPromote and sell service contracts, taking into consideration various customer needs /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliTechnical High School Diploma or Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering (preferred) /lili2+ years of previous experience in Electro Medical
