Role Description
To strengthen our technical team, we are looking for an R&D; Engineer with proven experience in product development, design improvement, and industrial innovation within a structured manufacturing environment.
The selected candidate will be responsible for developing new products, improving existing solutions, and contributing to the optimization of materials, processes, and technical performance. The role involves close collaboration with cross‐functional teams including Production, Purchasing, Suppliers, Project Management, Mechanical Design, Sales, and Service to ensure that new developments are feasible, cost‐effective, and aligned with customer and business needs.
This position requires a proactive, analytical, and hands‐on professional with a strong engineering mindset,



capable of managing technical activities from concept to validation, commissioning support, and industrial implementation, while also cooperating with the Group Technology function on innovation initiatives and technical know‐how development.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Develop new products and technologies in line with business needs and technical requirements.
Perform technical feasibility analyses and requirement studies through CAD tools and product analysis.
Support product design and technical validation activities, including testing, prototyping, and simulations.
Prepare and maintain project technical documentation, including drawings, tables, bills of materials, and reports.
Collaborate with Production, Purchasing, Suppliers, Project Management, Mechanical Design, Sales, and Service to ensure effective project execution.
