Experteer Overview As SAP Manager, you will lead end-to-end SAP implementations for High-Tech clients across Europe, driving value through tailored SAP solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, shaping transformational programs. This role combines deep industry knowledge with strategic guidance to deliver impactful SAP outcomes. Retribuzione / Benefits Lead end-to-end SAP implementation projects in High Tech industries, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence
Provide strategic guidance with deep High-Tech industry knowledge
Build and maintain strong client relationships; communicate complex concepts clearly
Lead commercial activities including pitches, RFx, and sales campaigns for High-Tech sectors
Contribute to enterprise transformation and thought leadership in High-Tech




Mentor SAP professionals and foster collaboration to drive high performance
Identify and mitigate risks; keep abreast of SAP offerings and developments
Develop industry viewpoints and assets for High-Tech
Responsabilità SAP-accredited or certified experience
Minimum 6 years of experience as an SAP Manager in High Tech industries
In-depth knowledge of SAP modules: SCM, MM, PP, PM, SD, EPPM, PLM
Up-to-date knowledge of SAP systems, deployment, and integration
Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills
Strong business acumen and ability to align SAP with strategic objectives
Consulting experience and customer‐centric mindset
Proficiency in English; knowledge of other European languages is a plus
