pWe're looking for an experienced strongManage Service Manager /strong to lead end-to-end service delivery in a complex, outsourced payments environment. /ppYou'll own production support, incident management, regulatory change delivery, and SDLC execution across distributed onshore/offshore teams. /ppbr / /ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /pulliLead service delivery, production support, and incident management /liliOwn delivery of regulatory scheme compliance changes /liliManage end-to-end SDLC (Agile Waterfall) across multiple initiatives /liliAct as key interface between business, tech teams, and vendors /liliLead distributed teams and manage delivery performance /liliOversee budgets, resources, and delivery trade-offs /liliDrive continuous improvement and service optimisation /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongRequired Experience /strong /pulli12+ years of experience in application support, development,



or solution/technical delivery roles within the strongcards and payments industry /strong /liliStrong hands-on experience with strongcard issuing and/or acquiring systems /strong /liliProven experience working with strongcore payments processing platforms (e.G., VisionPLUS or similar) /strong /liliExperience across the full strongSoftware Development Lifecycle (SDLC) /strong including Agile and Waterfall methodologies /liliBackground in strongproduction support, incident management, and service delivery in complex enterprise environments /strong /liliExperience leading or coordinating strongdistributed teams (onshore/offshore and multi-vendor setups) /strong /liliStrong stakeholder management experience in strongclient-facing roles within banking/financial services or fintech /strong /liliExperience delivering strongprojects, enhancements, and regulatory/scheme compliance changes /strong /liliExposure to strongtechnical solution design, architecture discussions, and requirements gathering /strong /li /ul
