The Role As a Procurement Specialist , you will contribute to ensuring the efficient acquisition of raw materials, components, and parts essential to ARAG's production processes.
You will manage purchasing activities with a focus on cost, quality, and timely delivery, supporting the continuous improvement of the supply chain.
You will work closely with suppliers, internal stakeholders,



and cross‐functional teams to support strategic sourcing initiatives and optimize purchasing processes.
Please note, this is a maternity leave replacement.
Manage the procurement of raw materials, components, and semi‐finished goods ensuring availability, quality, and cost‐effectiveness.
Negotiate prices, lead times, and purchasing conditions with suppliers.
Monitor purchase orders, delivery schedules, and inventory levels to ensure operational continuity.
Collaborate with engineering, planning, and production departments to align purchasing activities with business needs.
Analyze data and KPIs using Excel and other procurement tools to drive decision‐making.
Contribute to improving procurement processes, workflows, and supplier performance.
Support strategic sourcing initiatives and cost‐saving activities.
