Overview Nordson Precision Agriculture seeks a Mechanical Engineer to join our R&D; Mechanical Engineering team. In this role you will design and develop advanced mechanical and mechatronics systems that power next-generation precision agriculture equipment. Work at our headquarters in Rubiera, Italy as a permanent position, reporting directly to the Mechanical Engineering Manager. You will be part of a dynamic, collaborative, and international environment where your ideas and contributions are valued and respected. Drive innovation to ensure every product meets and exceeds quality expectations and industry standards throughout development and production. Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent). Excellent command of CAD tools and PLM. Strong experience in plastic injection-molded component design.



Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint). Understanding of project management principles and FMEA. Intermediate level of English. Proactive, results-oriented, and skilled at solving problems creatively. Eager to learn, grow, and take initiative in technical and project activities.
