Job Overview Electrical Engineer (Upstream CSG) – permanent, full-time, site-based in Roma, QLD. Works a 19/9 roster, providing engineering support to a high-performing operations team and working closely with a key client.

Responsibilities Lead and coordinate site support functions (Quality, Technical, Planning, Commercial).
Assist in developing project plans, budgets, and schedules.
Manage project data, reporting, and commercial documentation.
Support tender submissions and execution phases.
Participate in client and contractor meetings, offering practical solutions.
Qualifications Proven experience in the Oil & Gas industry, ideally within CSG.




Degree-qualified in Electrical Engineering (Australian recognised).
Experience working in an on-site engineering position servicing the resources sector.
Strong, clear written and technical skills.
Motivated and proactive approach, with an eagerness to learn.
Confident user of MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
A strong commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
Proof of right to work in Australia.
