Experteer Overview As Onsite Project Manager, you will guide the execution of a high-tech material handling project from concept to reality, coordinating on‐site activities with installation teams and central functions. You will maintain daily updates to the PMO, ensure timely information flow, and drive alignment between planning and execution. This role blends field coordination with heavy planning, leveraging cross‐functional collaboration to meet project milestones. You will work closely with engineers and suppliers to deliver a scalable semiconductor‐focused solution, with substantial on‐site presence in Sicily and Bologna.Retribuzione / Benefits
Onsite presence and coordination with installation teams and subcontractors
Monitor daily installation progress and report deviations
Maintain daily project schedules (Gantt) and provide structured progress updates to PMO
Coordinate materials and delivery schedules with Supply Chain and align with installation needs




Monitor onsite resources, tools, and equipment and flag optimization needs
Identify risks, propose mitigations, and elevate critical issues to PMO
Support planning for additional shifts and resource adjustments
Document progress, decisions, and open items
Read and interpret engineering documentation to support execution
Responsabilità
Proven experience in onsite coordination or project execution environments
Strong knowledge of project planning and scheduling tools (Microsoft Project required)
Ability to read and understand technical and engineering documentation
Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills
Problem‐solving mindset and ability to work under pressure
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Availability to work onsite at least 50% of the time
