The Role Seeking a Project Success & Account Manager for the Rome team to serve as the primary point of reference for:
Management of projects ranging from corporate events to training programs.
Management of sponsors and partners with an accounting and delivery role.
Experience: At least 2-3 years in project management with a focus on events and/or sponsor management.
The ideal candidate combines a strong operational and relational drive with rigorous administrative management capabilities, ensuring both the on-site success of projects and the correct implementation of all underlying procedural and document workflows.
Location: Rome (Hybrid work mode)
Salary (RAL): €25k - €32k (commensurate with experience)




Key Responsibilities Sponsorship & Account Management (Events & Training)
Manage partners and sponsors throughout project delivery, maintaining professional communication and aligning requests with internal procedures.
Execute the delivery of purchased products.
Utilize internal tools (e.g., Google Suite, Canva, Typeform, Asana) for correct project implementation, or research appropriate resources to deliver the required service.
Vendor Selection & Management: Sourcing, evaluating, and managing relationships with external suppliers and vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and high-quality service delivery.
Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., administration, marketing, sales).
Provide on-site presence at events, manage client relationships, oversee service delivery, and coordinate local resources to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
