Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a motivated Italian Speaking Rent-a-Car Customer Service Consultant to join our vibrant team in Sofia, Bulgaria. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on providing exceptional customer service to our Italian‐speaking clients within the car rental sector. Key Responsibilities Provide excellent customer support to Italian‐speaking clients via phone, email, and chat Manage bookings, resolve customer queries, and address service‐related concerns promptly Maintain accurate and up‐to‐date records of customer interactions in the CRM system Handle customer complaints professionally and work towards swift resolution Coordinate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction Stay informed about company policies, fleet availability,
