In this role you'll lead a 5–8 person engineering team to turn product and business goals into a reliable technical roadmap. You will collaborate across Product, Design, and other engineers to align priorities and standards, while hiring and developing talent and communicating progress to leadership. You'll own end-to-end delivery of complex features in a fast-moving, regulated fintech environment, balancing speed with quality. The opportunity centers on shaping scalable services and influencing how Italian businesses use a financial home that supports pay, save, and invest.

Responsabilità
- 5+ years in backend engineering
- at least 2 years in a team lead or tech lead role managing a squad
- strong command of distributed systems and API xrdztoy design
- proven ability to own end-to-end delivery of complex features
- clear and effective English communication with both engineers and non-technical stakeholders
- passion for fintech and financial products in a regulated, high-trust environment
