Role And Responsibilities Il Process Engineer riportando al Manager di riferimento svolgerà le seguenti attività principali:
Progettare, sviluppare e ottimizzare i processi produttivi in ottica di efficienza, qualità e costi;
Guidare attività di industrializzazione di nuovi prodotti e processi, dalla fase di definizione fino al ramp‐up produttivo;
Analizzare e migliorare le performance delle linee esistenti (OEE, scarti, produttività, lead time);
Identificare occasione di revamping di linee produttive (layout, automazione, bilanciamento, tecnologie);
Supportare audit interni/esterni garantendo compliance tecnica e normativa;
Definire standard di processo, istruzioni operative e best practice.
Industrializzazione & investimenti Gestire progetti di installazione di nuove linee produttive;
Coordinare attività di revamping/upgrade linee esistentI;
Collaborare alla definizione di capex industriali e business case;
Garantire tempi, costi e performanc
