This role oversees integrated marketing campaigns, digital presence, public relations initiatives, partnerships, content creation, and local activations that reinforce W Florence as a leading luxury lifestyle destination in Florence and beyond. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop and execute the annual Marketing Plan in alignment with hotel business objectives and Marriott brand standards. /li liPosition W Florence as a leading luxury lifestyle destination through innovative and impactful marketing initiatives. /li liIdentify market opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive insights to support revenue growth and brand visibility. /li liCollaborate closely with Sales, Revenue Management, Operations,



and Marriott regional teams to ensure marketing strategies support commercial objectives. /li /ul h3Digital Marketing E-Commerce /h3 ul liManage the hotel's digital ecosystem, including website content, Marriott channels, social media platforms, and third-party partnerships. /li liOversee digital campaigns, SEO/SEM initiatives, email marketing, and performance marketing activities. /li liMonitor campaign performance and provide analysis with recommendations for continuous optimization. /li liEnsure brand consistency across all digital and guest-facing communication channels. /li /ul h3Public Relations Partnerships /h3 ul liDevelop and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, luxury brands, tourism organizations, and local stakeholders. /li liCoordinate PR activities, media visits, influencer collaborations, and press events. /li liIdentify strategic partnerships that enhance brand visibility and guest engagement. /li /ul h3Content
