Italy is a key market for our growth, and this role offers a unique opportunity to shape our affiliate strategy, build strong partnerships, and directly impact customer acquisition in a highly competitive landscape.
We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager – Italy to drive our affiliate marketing strategy and execution in the Italian market. You will be responsible for building and managing relationships with affiliate partners, driving high-quality traffic, and delivering strong acquisition performance.
This is a hands-on, commercially focused role where you will own affiliate deals end-to-end, ensuring a strong pipeline of first-time depositors (FTDs)



and active customers.

What You'll Be Doing: Identify, prospect, and onboard new affiliate partners within the Italian market
Negotiate and execute commercial deals to drive registrations and FTDs
Build and manage strong, long-term relationships with affiliate partners
Monitor affiliate performance, analysing KPIs such as traffic quality, FTDs, NGR, and ROI
Optimise deals and placements to maximise performance and profitability
Provide onboarding support and technical guidance to ensure affiliates are fully enabled
Collaborate closely with Marketing and Product teams to ensure seamless integration and campaign execution
Deliver regular reporting on affiliate performance, deal status, and growth opportun
