Experteer Overview In this role you will lead end-to-end tender processes for Italy's Public Sector, Healthcare and Education verticals, aligning with Logitech's growth objectives. You will combine channel partner engagement with direct selling to drive opportunities and forecast pipelines in Salesforce. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality tender responses and strategic business reviews to senior management. You will operate in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment to create value for customers and scale the organization.
Retribuzione / Benefits Lead the full tender lifecycle: opportunity ID, qualification, bid strategy, response coordination, submission, and post-award follow-up
Develop and execute growth strategies across Public Sector, Healthcare, and Education verticals
Drive growth through channel partner engagement and direct sales activities
Analyze procurement pipelines, framework agreements, market trends, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities
Coordinate cross-functional teams (sales, legal, finance, product management,



operations) to deliver tender responses
Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and opportunity tracking in Salesforce
Deliver regular business reviews, market insights, and performance reporting to senior management
Represent the company at industry events, procurement forums, and customer engagements
Responsabilità Proven track record managing complex public sector sales and tender processes
Strong experience with public procurement, framework agreements, and regulated purchasing environments
Demonstrated success in Healthcare, Education, or Public Sector markets
Experience working with channel partners, distributors, and indirect sales models
Experience managing strategic accounts and long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
Excellent analytical and commercial acumen; ability to interpret procurement requirements and market data
