As a Customer Care Specialist, you will act as the voice of our customers within the organization—managing complaints, driving resolutions, and collaborating across teams to continuously improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities Support Call Center agents in recovering information and handle customer claims and complaints.
Handle unsolicited complaints and escalated complaints across multiple channels (social media, email, web platforms, etc.)
Investigate cases by working closely with internal teams (Sales, Parts, Service) and dealer networks.
Provide timely, clear, and solution‐oriented feedback to customers.
Coordinate courtesy car support when required.
Assist in managing roadside assistance cases, ensuring smooth customer support during critical situations.
Monitor trends and contribute to improving processes and customer experience.
Requirements Minimum of 2 years' experience in a CRM role , preferably in the automotive industry.
Strong sensitivity to media complaints.
Excellent problem‐solving and communication skills.
Ability to work cross‐functionally and manage multiple cases independently.
Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to independently complete business statistics analysis reports.
