Position Inside Sales Representative – Protected Category (art. 1 of the law 68/99)
Company Overview Arrow Global Components (AGC), a part of Arrow Electronics, is a leader in distribution and value‐added services related to electronic components. We resell, customize, and distribute components worldwide, building long‐lasting relationships on both the supplier and customer side.
Proven experience in customer support via telephone and email
Maintain a deep understanding of customer and supplier portfolios
Take a proactive approach to creating potential offerings and supporting customers
Follow up on sales cases and orders through to execution
Business proficiency in Italian and English
At least 3 years of experience in sales back‐office or operations
Technical or commercial education
Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Proactive, extroverted, self‐sufficient, and flexible
Can work under pressure and adapt to continuous change
Strong "can‐do" attitude and readiness to step up to successful completion of cases
