Overview Experteer Overview In this role you will develop, design and optimize processes for existing and new products in the Radical Polymer portfolio. You will work closely with Production, R&D; and Engineering to scale from lab to industrial scale, integrating safety, heat and material balances, and process simulations. You will help improve existing installations or design new sections, contributing to a sustainability-driven roadmap for fluorinated polymers. This position offers a meaningful impact on product performance, plant efficiency, and safe, compliant operations within a diverse team.
Benefits Improve performances of existing installations, revamp sections, or design new ones in collaboration with the Production Manager
Perform process simulations and prepare technical documentation for new processes, including heat/material balances, P&ID;, equipment specs, and safety evaluations
Collaborate with Engineering to develop basic design and support detailed engineering




Design processes and plant sections from lab/pilot to industrial scale, coordinating with R&D; for data interpretation and process modeling
Coordinate with Research and Development to achieve successful scale-up
Responsibilities Master degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent
Solid knowledge of reaction engineering, unit operations, and process equipment
Experience in process design and development is a plus
Self-motivated with teamwork and good communication
Geographical mobility
Fluency in Italian and English
