As part of our strategic growth agenda, we are hiring a new Strategy Manager for our Motion Business Area.
This role is open globally, with preferred locations near our main Motion hubs in Switzerland, Spain, Germany, and Italy. The work model is hybrid .
The targeted start date for this role is set for November 1st, 2026.




This role aims at strengthening our Motion Business Area’s strategy capability by driving strategic analyses, projects, and narratives that inform senior leadership decision-making. It is designed for a strategy professional who can operate with autonomy, lead strategic workstreams end to end, and translate insights into clear, compelling, and leadership-ready outputs.
The role will collaborate closely with the Motion Leadership Team, Divisions, and key Business Area functions such as M&A;, Ventures, Finance, and Sustainability. It will contribute both to core strategy processes and to forward-looking strategic topics, including new growth areas and long-term opportunities.
This role reports to our global Head of Strategy & Business Intelligence, Motion.
