In this role you drive the financial evaluation and strategic planning for CNH’s footprint transformation. You will coordinate global manufacturing footprint projects and work with cross-functional teams to unlock value through investments, efficiency, and automation. You’ll develop business cases, monitor performance, and support finance transformation initiatives to improve reporting and analytics. This is an opportunity to shape manufacturing scale and efficiency in a global, collaborative environment.Parental leaveEmployee Assistance ProgramsLead financial evaluation of footprint projects (investment needs, costs, benefits, and business case)Assess financial impact at P&L; and cash flow levels; compute ROI, NPV, and paybackDevelop forecast and strategic plans for footprint initiatives across regionsCollaborate with regional/plant finance to monitor assumptions, investments, and realized benefitsTrack project execution and support mitigation plans for deviationsProvide financial guidance across stakeholders involved in implementationCreate analytical models, dashboards, and KPIs for evaluation and monitoringManage manufacturing financial databases, data lakes,
and analytics environmentsSupport Finance Transformation (IWB automation, reporting improvements, AI projects) and continuous improvementPartner with business leaders to identify investment optimization and efficiency opportunitiesMaster's Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fieldMinimum 5 years in finance roles within industrial or manufacturing environmentsExperience in multinational industrial organizations and/or consulting with manufacturing focusAdvanced analytical and financial modeling skillsStrong proficiency in digital tools/data analytics platforms (Excel, Access, Power BI, Databricks, Think-cell)Knowledge of SAP modules FI, CO, MM is advantageousStrong organizational, planning, and project management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a complex international environmentIn this role you drive the financial evaluation and strategic planning for CNH’s footprint transformation.
