Experteer Overview
In this role you will own the Italy launch of Terapia, a new digital product connecting patients with therapists. You'll lead operations, onboarding, and product shaping to fit local users, with impact on early-stage growth and scaling. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to adapt the offering based on feedback, aiming for a well-functioning product ready for expansion. Based in Rome, you'll drive hands-on execution and measurable outcomes in the initial phase.

- Own the Terapia Italy project including operations, onboarding therapists, and local product adaptation
- Engage with users to uncover blockers and translate feedback into actionable improvements
- Design and scale go-to-market processes with repeatable playbooks after pilots
- Onboard and manage the first cohort of therapists in Italy and prepare for scaling
- Adapt operations and product based on feedback to improve patient-therapist matching
- Deliver 90-day goals: hire and enable the first customer success team, recruit therapists,
interview patients, optimize the matching system
- Communicate feedback with Docplanner teams to inform product and operations strategies
Responsabilità
- Hands-on experience owning outcomes in a small team or early-stage setup
- Launched a product, market, or operation from zero to first real users
- Regular user conversations influencing decisions
- Comfort with decisions based on incomplete data and owning the outcome
- Experience designing and scaling GTM processes and scaling operations from small to larger volumes
- Proficiency with simple tools (Docs, Sheets) to communicate clearly
