Aston Carter is seeking a Contract Business Development Representative (BD Hunter) to drive outbound expansion across pan-EU markets for a leading global tech and online commerce company. This role is all about building pipeline from zero and converting high-potential accounts.

Candidates should have 2–4 years in outbound BD/SDR, a strong BD mindset, and fluency in Italian and English. Based in-market and eligible to work in Italy, you’ll work in a fast-paced environment with clear KPI ownership.
