Barilla Group in Parma is seeking a Marketing AI Adoption Senior Manager to lead analytics and AI transformation across Marketing, from content creation to AI search visibility and governance.

You will own the Marketing AI roadmap, drive adoption and scale, collaborate with Marketing, Digital, Data/Tech, Legal and agencies, and ensure responsible AI practices with measurable outcomes. This role requires travel, fluent English and Italian, and experience leading global marketing AI initiatives.
