The candidate acts as the engine that keeps the efficiency of sales processes, order entry, and order management going, and sets up the ideal conditions for the team to work at their full potential. Key Responsibilities:Monitor turnover performance and analyze order portfolio delays,



identifying root causes and proposing corrective actionsPrepare and maintain monthly turnover projections and performance forecasts to support business planning and decision-makingCollaborate with Logistics and IT department to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.Analyze existing workflows and develop continuous improvement processes to enhance the availability and quality of information provided to customersAnalyze logistics and IT flows, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, service levels, and cross-functional collaborationMonitor and report KPIs, ensuring alignment with company objectivesCoordinate and prioritize the daily activities of the Sales Support team to ensure operational effectiveness and customer satisfactionRequirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related fieldExcellent knowledge of English; additional languages are considered a plusPrevious experience in Sales Support, Sales Operations, Customer Service, or a similar roleStrong analytical skills with experience in process improvement and workflow analysisGood understanding of logistics, order management, and business processesAbility to monitor KPIs and develop business reports and forecastsExcellent organizational, communication, and team coordination skillsAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (AS400 is a plus)Location: Caerano San Marco (TV) - on site positionSalary package: from 40.000€ + meal voucher + welfare
